Before joining Novartis, Ramon worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in Argentina in strategic consulting services. Skilled in forging strategic partnerships, optimizing business profitability, and leveraging digital solutions to enhance business performance.

He is a versatile professional with extensive expertise in leading various functions at Novartis, more recently as a member of the Global Pharma Executive Committee, holding the roles of Global Head of Pharma Strategy and Commercial Transformation, and previously as President for Latin America and Canada Region. Andres possesses invaluable multicultural insights gained from living and working in countries such as the US, Switzerland, Russia, and Argentina, enhancing global collaboration and fostering innovation. From May 2025 Andres has been appointed as CEO of Grupo Arcor
